The development of this interior design project stands out for the incorporation of very simple elements in all spaces, allowing for a sense of unity between each of the apartment’s environments.

 

Divided into two levels, the upper level or social level stands out for its privileged view of the city and the eastern hills, which led to simplifying the forms and materials to not detract from the surroundings. The lower level, or residential level, articulated by a TV room, is designed as a retreat space, where once again the use of noble materials such as wood provides warmth and comfort to the home.

 

The Terrace

With the city as a backdrop, the main terrace of the ML apartment was developed on the second level.

 

Covering almost 100 square meters, a simple platform was created, surrounded by abundant vegetation that provides a suitable context for this outdoor area. As a complement and with a minimalist design, a fire pit was incorporated, offering an additional retreat space with an absolutely privileged view of the city.
