In a building from the year 1900 in the heart of Madrid, with an eastern orientation, this project is located.

The goal of this renovation was to create a ready-to-live-in space, a timeless environment where a one-bedroom apartment becomes the ideal place to enjoy a few days in the city and take advantage of the privileged views. The concept and layout of the project revolve around social spaces that are shielded from the sun and a spacious main bedroom that connects with the city through two large windows overlooking Barceló Square and the rooftops of the Museum of History.

The challenge of the project was to organize the spaces in a very limited and non-orthogonal context. Once the ideal layout was achieved, we focused on the interior design, which, through a specific color palette, aims to create a comfortable atmosphere where colors, furniture, and carpentry harmoniously dialogue within the historical context of the building.

AG House

The remodeling projects are characterized not only by changing finishes or fixing issues inherent to time, but also by respecting the dynamics of the inhabitants while enhancing the spaces that have been used by the clients during the time they have inhabited the space. The GM house presented this challenge, such as how to enhance the elements that already worked, how to reinvent without having to destroy and revalue what already has value.

Through specific interventions, the Gm house is a project where, together with the owners, specific interventions were decided upon to improve the function of spaces such as the terrace, gardens, the master bedroom, and bathroom, among others. These are very subtle movements that allow for a reinterpretation of the interior of this house without altering the order and function that the clients have adopted over time.

In a strategically located corner of the city, this 11-story building stands. With a transparent ground floor and a volumetry composed of brick elements that create a volumetric play.

The project was developed with commercial space on the ground floor and apartments for rent from the second floor up, with services for medium-term stays. Its architecture reflects once again the DNA of the office, with a familiar materiality: brick, floor-to-ceiling glass, metal balconies, and stone.

GC House

GC House was based on an interior design project where we were given a raw construction and the task involved both interior finishes and the exterior gardens that complement the house.

Characterized by its impressive interior courtyard, this project stands out for blending interior design with classic elements, complemented by modern ideas. This approach creates a contemporary project that is also warm and welcoming.

US Apartment

The US apartment is an interior design project that stands out for its intention to create contemporary spaces that also evoke the concept of home.

The precise use of materials such as wood and stone seeks to highlight certain spaces, which, complemented by a palette of gray colors, achieves a unification of the apartment, delivering a sense of tranquility and coziness.

AM Apartment

Built across two levels and spanning approximately 675 m2, the main objective of this penthouse is to provide ample space to accommodate all family members and cater to their individual activities and interests.

Leveraging the division between the social area (second level) and the residential area (first level), the AM apartment combines various uses, creating both intimate spaces and gathering areas. Places like the family room, kitchen, or terrace aim to allow residents to come together and enjoy both the apartment’s interior and the spectacular surrounding environment.

Rooftop 80-81

Rooftop 80 81 presents itself as a distinctive project situated on the roof of an office building in one of Bogotá’s most prestigious neighborhoods, complementing the facilities of tower 1 of project 80 81. This space aims to merge functionality with the enjoyment of panoramic views offered by the eastern hills and the western horizon of the city.

Through a 3-meter-high metal structure covered with wooden slats, an environment is created that invites contemplation and enjoyment of the urban surroundings. The strategic arrangement of round columns, with bases of smaller diameter, provides a sense of spaciousness and lightness to the space, further highlighting the surrounding views.

Every detail has been carefully considered, from the functional design of the furniture, artisanally crafted in concrete, to the integrated lighting in the wooden roof, adding a touch of warmth and sophistication to the environment.

Rooftop 80 81 positions itself as a contemporary space that captures the essence of urban life in Bogotá, offering a serene and elegant refuge in the heart of the city.

El Rincón Country Club

El Rincón Country Club is an innovative project that contemplates the creation of a residential complex within an exclusive golf club in Cajicá, Colombia.

We envision a secluded gem in the heart of an extensive golf course, surrounded by forests, winding topographies, and majestic lakes that make up this sports complex. This idyllic setting serves as the perfect backdrop for our oasis, comprised of 15 contemporary and modernist cabins. These cozy residences are designed for golfers and their loved ones, offering the opportunity to stay on weekends or during vacations, allowing them to indulge in their passion for golf.

We have conceived these small homes in a way that harmoniously integrates with the existing topography. Each cabin is composed of carefully designed spaces to provide comfort for families during short stays, always highlighting the beauty of the natural surroundings that surround us.
